Conferences in the Grand Hotel Seeschlösschen

If you intend to plan a conference, a seminar or just a special event – you have come to the right address. 

After a tiring day of seminars you will be able to relax surrounded and enjoy all the comforts provided by a 5-Star hotel. At night you hear the gentle hush of the waves from the Baltic Sea and the refreshing air also contributes to round off a successful day. In our hotel, the event becomes a special experience. We have more than 500 m2 of conference rooms available over three floors, as well as 400m2 of restaurant area - a suitable venue for every occasion.

Located on the first floor, our Bremen, Hamburg and Lübeck meeting rooms measure 64 m2 each and offer enough space for conferences, with modern technology and natural daylight, or if required can be completely darkened. The Bremen and Hamburg meeting rooms each have an extra room for groups (15 m2). The Hamburg and Lübeck meeting rooms are separated from each other by a movable wall and can be combined if required. Putting a total of 128 m2 at your disposal.

Our Mecklenburg meeting room (280 m2 floor space with six columns) in the basement boasts three separate entrances and a stage making it an excellent choice for larger events and banquets. In addition, this room can be divided by a movable wall into three rooms; the Wismar and Rostock meeting rooms with 64 m2 floor space have separate exits outside the building and can also be combined into one large room with a total floor area of 128 m2.
