It is on the 9th floor with a beautifull roof terrace all the way around. That way you see the ocean as well as Timmendorfer Strand and the harbour of Niendorf. It offers you a unique view. On the roof terrace you have a chance to enjoy the sun while sitting in your own beach chair. We also make caterings for private partys. The bathroom is equiped with a hot tub and offers a view to the Baltic Sea.
