What is the best way to get to the hotel?

Take the A1 exit for Ratekau/Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf, drive towards Timmendorfer Strand, turn onto the B76 towards Niendorf, then turn left onto Wiesenweg and continue to Strandallee. Turn left; the hotel is on the right after a few metres.

Can I travel by train?

Yes. From Lübeck Central Station to Timmendorfer Strand station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute journey by bus or taxi to the hotel (Birkenallee – Timmendorfer Strand stop).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11 am on the day of departure. Late check-out is available subject to availability and at an additional charge.

We accept EC cards, cash, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or cheques.

What if I need to cancel at short notice?

Cancellations are permitted; the deadlines depend on the booking period. Please note the cancellation terms and conditions for your booking. In the event of a late cancellation and if the room cannot be re-let, 90% of the accommodation price may be charged.

Is the hotel barrier-free?

No, some areas are not accessible by wheelchair. Please note: the underground car park is not accessible by lift; the pool and sauna area can only be reached via stairs; there are no public toilets on the ground floor (access is via the basement, which has steps); rooms are accessible by lift, but some bathrooms are narrow, lack grab rails, and the showers are not designed to accommodate wheelchairs.

Hypoallergenic bed linen and allergy-friendly rooms are available. The restaurants serve gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. Please inform us of any allergies before arrival.

What is the parking situation like?

Two underground car parks (entry heights 1.90 m and 1.80 m respectively, max. width approx. 3.0 m) and an outdoor parking space opposite. Please book parking spaces in advance. Prices: Outdoor parking space €14 per night; underground car park €18 per night. No valet parking available.

What facilities do the rooms have?

All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a telephone, a hairdryer, bathrobes, a shower/bath and a toilet. Almost all rooms have a balcony; those facing the countryside also have air conditioning.
