Information on the rights of the data subjects
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed; if this is the case, they have the right of access to such personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 DSGVO.
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO).
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay where one of the grounds listed in detail in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed (right to erasure).
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Controller restriction of processing where one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data subject has objected to processing, for the period during which the Controller is verifying this objection.
The data subject has the right, at any time and on grounds relating to their particular situation, to object to the processing of their personal data. The Controller will then no longer process the personal data unless they can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 DSGVO).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes the DSGVO (Art. 77 DSGVO). The data subject may lodge the complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
