Golf Course Timmendorfer Strand

The golf course in Timmendorfer Strand, opened in 1973, was designed by the renowned golf course architect Dr. Bernhard von Limburger. As the only 36-hole course in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg, divided into a north and south course, it is today one of the most popular and best-known golf courses in northern Germany. It is an attraction for golfers of all levels and very popular with a large number of guests from Germany and abroad.

On the north course with its total length of 6,311 meters, every golfer, no matter what level of play, gets his money's worth. The South Course, situated around the picturesque Oeverdieker Lake, is small but fine and not to be underestimated. With a total length of 3,603 meters, this course is not only ideal for golf beginners, but also for experts, as precision is paramount.

Golf Course Hohwacht

The Hohwacht golf course extends over a total of 120 hectares and impresses with its location on the large inland lake and its proximity to the Hohwachter Bucht (Baltic Sea). The facility has an 18-hole and 9-hole course as well as extensive practice facilities in the "Golfodrom". Built in 1992 and designed by a renowned golf course architect, the courses stand out especially for their wide fairways.

In addition to a picturesque view over the adjacent rapeseed fields, the Hohwachter course with its 18 holes offers golfing challenges and fun in equal measure. Over a length of more than 6,000 meters, you can expect around 43 bunkers, tricky water hazards and, as a signature hole, an island green that is second to none. For additional golfing pleasure, the par 72 course can be excellently combined with the 9 holes of the Neudorf course.
