In our à la carte restaurant Panorama you can indulge in culinary delights with a magnificent view over the Baltic Sea. The menu ranges from fine French cuisine to international delicacies. There is something for every palate! In the beautiful ambience of our panorama, you will also be surprised by the rich selection of international wine specialities. 

As a special highlight, on sunny days you can have your lunch or dinner on our spacious seaside terrace. From there you have a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and the entire Lübeck Bay.

The menu is currently only available in German.

Please note: Due to the current situation, some procedures in our restaurants have been adjusted.

  • From 1 pm to 5.30 pm you can choose from our menu in the Panorama restaurant and on the seaside terrace (weather permitting).
  • For dinner, a prior table reservation is necessary. You can reserve for either 6pm or 8pm.
  • Currently our restaurants are only open for hotel guests.
